China Tontine Wines Group Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.00389.hk). The digital release aligns with shareholders who have elected—or are deemed to have consented—to receive corporate communications electronically rather than in printed form.

In accordance with Rule 2.07A(3) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, shareholders can, at any time, request a change in how they receive future corporate communications.
