MAOYE INT'L (00848) announced that on October 17, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Taiyuan Maoye accepted an offer for its 85.5 million shares of SHENGJINGBANK (02066) at a price of RMB 1.45 per share. The total consideration to be received by Taiyuan Maoye is approximately RMB 124 million. This sale is part of a tender offer for domestic shares made to all independent domestic shareholders, including Taiyuan Maoye. According to the independent financial advisor’s letter included in the comprehensive documents, the offer price and the tender offer are fair and reasonable for independent domestic shareholders.
