BEAUTYFARM MED (02373) announced that on February 13, 2026, to effectively utilize idle funds, its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Beilaishi, subscribed for capital-preserving financial products totaling RMB80 million from SPD Bank based on a February 13 subscription agreement. Additionally, through Beijing Beilaishi and Shanghai BEAUTYFARM MED, the company separately subscribed for RMB70 million on November 21, 2025, based on a November 21 agreement; RMB10 million on November 28, 2025, based on a November 28 agreement; and a total of RMB80 million on December 30, 2025, based on a December 30 agreement, all in capital-preserving financial products from SPD Bank. All of the aforementioned products remain outstanding as of the date of this announcement.
