Luckin Coffee Inc. has released a statement addressing a recent online video which appeared to show employees at a store using a cream dispenser to feed each other. The company's official response, issued on August 2nd, confirms a full investigation into the matter. According to the company, the footage involved two employees using leftover cream ingredients that had been set aside for disposal after the store had closed for the day. The company stated that this behavior is a serious violation of its management standards and that it will be dealt with strictly.

In its statement, Luckin Coffee Inc. also clarified that the cream ingredients and the dispenser used in the video have been discarded. The video, which circulated online prior to the statement, appeared to show two female employees in uniform at a Luckin Coffee Inc. store in Jinan. The footage showed one employee spraying cream directly into the mouth of a colleague in front of the counter and store signage, with a caption that read "Eat and drink your fill before you leave work." As of the latest reports, the video has been removed and the related social media account has been deleted.
