In other words, options are neither especially cheap nor especially expensive versus their own recent history. The IV/HV ratio of 1.57 also shows implied volatility is running above realized volatility, suggesting the options market is pricing in a premium over recent actual movement.

The Call/Put volume ratio is 1.70.

Large Trades

A synthetic call position worth $3.50 million stood out as the largest displayed trade, built by buying the November 20, 2026 $360.00 call and selling the November 20, 2026 $290.00 put, both for 2,490 contracts. The call leg was bought for $2.63 million and was out of the money, while the short put leg brought in $871,500 and was also out of the money, leaving a net debit of $1.76 million. This structure expresses a clearly bullish stance that economically resembles long stock exposure with upside participation, suggesting the trader is positioning for Alphabet to rise meaningfully over the longer-dated horizon.

A bullish put spread with a net credit of $768,400 was the second displayed large trade, consisting of the sale of 1,700 November 20, 2026 $315.00 puts and the purchase of 2,550 November 20, 2026 $285.00 puts. Both strikes were out of the money versus the $334.98 reference stock price. As a bull put spread, this is a premium-collection strategy with defined downside protection, indicating the trader expects Alphabet to remain above the short-put strike or at least avoid a major breakdown into expiration.
