On Dec, 22 2025, Geo Energy Resources Limited announced that it has transferred 600,000 treasury shares to facilitate the exercise of options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

Prior to the transaction, the company held 1,877,467 treasury shares, or 0.131% of its 1,432,401,646 issued shares (excluding treasury shares). After the transfer, Geo Energy’s treasury share balance declined to 1,277,467, representing 0.089% of its 1,433,001,646 issued shares.

The 600,000 shares transferred have an aggregate value of about 0.162 million Singapore dollars.
