Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited (Damai Ent) disclosed that on 1 April 2026 it allotted 100.89 million new ordinary shares at HKD 0.25 each to its Share Award Scheme trustee. The new shares will be used to satisfy previously granted share awards dating from June and September 2025.

• Breakdown of allotment – 13.00 million shares to two executive directors – 12.34 million shares to five employees who are directors or managers of subsidiaries – 71.07 million shares to 66 non-connected grantees – 4.48 million shares to seven selected employees

• Capital impact – Issued share count rose from 29.88 billion to 29.98 billion shares. – The increase represents approximately 0.34% of the company’s pre-issue share capital.

• Pricing – All shares were issued at HKD 0.25, implying an aggregate value of about HKD 25.22 million.

There were no repurchases, redemptions or sales of treasury shares reported. The board confirms that the issuances complied with all applicable regulatory requirements.
