United Overseas Australia Ltd announced that it has applied to list and quote 7,322,327 new ordinary shares on the Singapore Exchange under its scrip dividend scheme.

The shares—of which 5,627,106 will be allotted to investors holding securities through SGX—are being issued in respect of the dividend declared on Aug, 27 2025 and will rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares.

The application was filed on Nov, 04 2025, with the board confirming that the scrip dividend scheme complies with all listing requirements.
