HERBS GROUP (02593) announced that Ms. Chen Ailing has resigned as the Company Secretary, the Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the Authorized Representative for accepting legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from November 7, 2025. Following Ms. Chen's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Zeng Qingxuan as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective from the same date.
