China Sinostar Group Company Limited (the “Company”) has released information on its board composition and related committee appointments. The executive directors are Wang Jing, who serves as Chairman, and Wang Xing Qiao, who serves as Chief Executive Officer. Zhao Hongxia acts as a non-executive director, while the independent non-executive directors are Su Bo, Tang Shengzhi, and Liu Xiaofeng.
