Del Monte Pacific suspended in Manila over delayed FY2025 report

Del Monte Pacific Limited said its shares were suspended from trading on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on Sep, 16 2025 after the company failed to file its FY2025 Annual Report by the Sep, 15 2025 deadline.

Under Section 17.8 (a) of Article VII of the PSE Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules, the non-submission of an annual report on the due date triggers an automatic suspension.

The company has also asked the Singapore Exchange for a trading halt on Sep, 17 2025 while it finalises the overdue report.

Del Monte Pacific attributed the delay to an extended audit process and said it aims to submit the Annual Report by the end of Sep, 17 2025. The company added that it will keep both exchanges and shareholders updated.
