China Carbon Neutral Development Group Limited (1372) disclosed that on 25 February 2026, a substantial shareholder, Mr. Sha Tao, acquired an additional 0.54 million shares on the open market at an average price of approximately HK$1.17 per share. This represents about 0.08% of the total issued share capital.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Sha’s total holdings increased to 161.60 million shares, accounting for around 23.94% of the company's issued share capital.
