Dynamic Holdings Limited has released its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, outlining progress on climate action, resource efficiency and stakeholder engagement across its property investment, leasing and development businesses in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
During the period the Group reported total greenhouse-gas emissions of 2,420.2 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, down 8.1 per cent year-on-year, driven by reduced purchased-power–related emissions and lower petrol use. Electricity remained the dominant energy source, with consumption of 2,172.1 MWh, while petrol usage declined to 80.1 MWh. Overall energy use fell to 2,252.2 MWh; the Group’s stated aim is to keep lowering consumption through equipment upgrades, expanded LED lighting, tighter air-conditioning controls and on-site solar installations at its Shenzhen development.
Water consumption rose to 46,496 cubic metres, an increase linked to the full-year operation of its Beijing shopping mall and expanded offices, though the company said it will tighten efficiency requirements when choosing future premises. Solid-waste generation remained modest at 0.77 tonnes of non-hazardous waste and 0.01 tonnes of hazardous waste; a “Reduce-Reuse-Recycle” programme, paper-light workflows and certified e-waste recycling underpin waste-reduction efforts.
The Board reiterated its commitment to climate governance, embedding risk oversight within its ESG Working Group and aligning near-term actions with Hong Kong’s Climate Action Blueprint 2050 and the Mainland’s “Dual Carbon” goals. Dynamic Holdings set an internal target to join at least one climate-related initiative each year; in FY 2025/26 it participated in the Environment & Ecology Bureau’s Energy Saving Charter and acquired carbon credits via HKEX’s Core Climate platform, offsetting emissions through the Grouped Connect Solar PV Power Generation Project in China (VCS-certified Project 1461).
No material breaches of environmental, labour, health-and-safety or anti-corruption regulations were recorded. The Group reported zero work-related fatalities for the third consecutive year and no lost-time injuries in the period. All construction at its Shenzhen waterfront development adheres to strict dust, noise and safety protocols, including real-time air-quality monitoring, mandatory use of personal protective equipment and facial-recognition access for site workers.
Dynamic Holdings employed 61 staff at the period end, with an 82 per cent training participation rate and an average of 21 training hours per employee. A new Workforce Diversity Policy underpinned the firm’s commitment to equal opportunity; the company also became a signatory to the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter and the Mental Health Workplace Charter.
Supply-chain oversight covered 35 mainland suppliers, 27 of which were classified as major vendors and assessed on environmental credentials, labour practices and anti-corruption compliance.
Community engagement included support for initiatives such as Hong Kong Green Day, Earth Hour, Orbis World Sight Day and the Community Chest’s Skip Lunch Day.
The ESG report, prepared in line with Appendix C2 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, details Dynamic Holdings’ ongoing integration of sustainability priorities into strategy and operations while reiterating its intention to refine climate-risk metrics and scenario analysis in future disclosures.
