The company is encouraging shareholders to access the digital version to enhance efficiency and reduce paper consumption. Shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed reports by mail. Those preferring physical documents—or experiencing difficulty accessing the online version—can request printed copies by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 617-ecom@vistra.com.

Paliburg emphasizes that shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a functional email address. Without a valid address on file, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices and Actionable Corporate Communications instead of electronic notifications.
