TIMES NEIGHBOR announced that on May 22, 2026, Times Trust, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company acting as the trustor and beneficiary, made a further subscription for the first wealth management product with an investment amount of RMB 30 million. Apart from the subscription date and the investment amount, the key terms of this third subscription are substantially the same as those of the first subscription. The terms of the first trust agreement concerning the first wealth management product will also apply to this third subscription. Furthermore, on May 22, 2026, Times Trust, acting as the trustor and beneficiary, entered into a third trust agreement with GF Securities as the investment advisor and Caixin Trust as the trustee to subscribe for a third wealth management product with an investment amount of RMB 30 million. As of the date of this announcement, after accounting for the previous subscriptions and the current subscriptions, the Group's total unredeemed investment amounts for the first, second, and third wealth management products are RMB 45 million, RMB 25 million, and RMB 30 million, respectively.
