MABWELL-B (ASX: 02493) has issued an announcement regarding a change in its authorized representative.

Effective from June 18, 2026, Mr. Hu Huiguo will step down from his role as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.

Concurrently, the company's executive director, Mr. Hua Jun, has been appointed as an authorized representative.

Following Mr. Hua Jun's appointment, the company's authorized representatives will be Mr. Hua Jun and Ms. Liang Junhui.
