Times China Holdings Limited reported aggregated contracted sales of approximately RMB1.83 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026, covering a contracted gross floor area of about 186,900 sq m.

For June 2026 alone, contracted sales reached roughly RMB310.00 million, with corresponding gross floor area of around 32,100 sq m.
