OSL GROUP issued an announcement stating that on January 29, 2026, the company, pursuant to the terms of the 2025 Share Award Scheme, granted a total of 5.4288 million award shares to 154 eligible participants. The grants are subject to acceptance by the grantees to become effective. Furthermore, according to the 2025 Share Award Scheme, the 5.4288 million award shares granted on January 28, 2026, have been terminated and are deemed void ab initio.
