BRETON clarifies share transfer deadline ahead of 2025 AGM

Breton Technology Co., Ltd. issued a clarification specifying the share transfer deadline for shareholders wishing to attend and vote at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Because Friday, 19 June 2026 is a Hong Kong public holiday, unregistered holders must lodge completed share transfers and relevant certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

All other details in the original AGM notice dated 4 June 2026 remain unchanged. The clarification was signed by Chairman, General Manager and Executive Director Mr. Chen Fangming on 5 June 2026.

As of the announcement date, the board consists of four executive directors, two non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
