IHH Healthcare Berhad said on Aug, 17 2026 that substantial shareholder Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) made marginal changes to its equity stake on Aug, 12 2026.

According to the filing, EPF disposed of 2.131 million ordinary shares and separately acquired 15,000 shares on the same day. Following these transactions, EPF’s direct interest stands at 1.170 billion ordinary shares, representing 13.246 % of IHH Healthcare’s issued share capital.
