KEYNE LTD reported that, as of 30 November 2025, its total authorised share capital remained unchanged at 100,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, amounting to HKD 1,000,000,000 in total.

The company’s issued share capital also remained consistent with the previous month, standing at 3,568,790,629 ordinary shares, with no treasury shares recorded. Additionally, 24,711,625 share options under the share option scheme adopted on 2 September 2013 remained outstanding, and no new shares were issued pursuant to their exercise during November 2025.
