However, the company reported multiple share repurchases carried out between 22 and 26 January 2026, totaling 1,597,627 ordinary shares, which are pending cancellation.

The announcement noted that on 26 January 2026 alone, 528,116 shares were repurchased across several trading venues. The highest repurchase price per share was GBP 18.405 and the lowest was GBP 18.245, resulting in an aggregate paid amount of GBP 9,691,325.98.

The repurchases fall under a mandate authorized on 08 May 2025, which covers up to 236,377,715 shares. Since the authorization, 106,139,679 shares have been acquired, representing 4.4903% of the issued shares at the time the resolution was approved.
