According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 10th, Schroders PLC acquired an additional 3.4552 million shares of Sanhua Intelligent Controls (HKEX: 02050). The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$29.05 per share, resulting in a total investment of around HK$100 million.

Following this purchase, Schroders' total shareholding in the company has risen to 65.1443 million shares. This represents a stake of 13.67% of the company's issued share capital.
