DOBOT (ASX: 02432) has announced that on July 6, 2026, the trustee purchased a total of 100,000 H-shares from the market in accordance with the terms of the H-share incentive plan.

As of the date of this announcement, the trustee has cumulatively acquired 600,200 H-shares. The total consideration for these purchased shares amounts to approximately HK$15.3625 million. These shares are held in trust for the benefit of eligible participants under the plan.
