On September 10, in response to an online claim about an "employee going nude after being denied a bathroom break," REPT BATTERO has issued an apology and filed a police report regarding the viral video. The company stated that the employee involved had, for personal reasons, submitted a resignation request and demanded immediate processing.

According to the company's management procedures, completing the exit process takes a certain amount of time, and the two parties were unable to reach an agreement on the timeline for finalizing the resignation. Subsequently, the employee lost emotional control and engaged in the extreme behavior seen in the video. On the day of the incident, with witnesses from public security authorities present, the matter was properly resolved.

The company clarified that online claims suggesting it restricts employees' bathroom breaks are untrue and that a report has been filed with police. Earlier, some netizens had posted a video alleging that a team leader refused a worker's request to use the restroom, sparking heated online discussion. The company has since released an official statement addressing the situation.
