Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) told Bursa Malaysia on Feb, 13 2026 that Executive Chairman Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai has given notice of his intention to deal in the company’s securities during the upcoming closed period.

According to the filing, Lim holds a direct interest of 2,304,302,456 ordinary shares, representing 28.739 % of Top Glove’s issued capital. He also has an indirect interest in 724,108,248 ordinary shares, equivalent to 9.031 % of the company.

The disclosure was made in line with Chapter 14 of Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements, which governs dealings in listed securities during sensitive periods preceding the release of financial results.
