China Boton Repurchases 390,000 Shares, Trimming Free Float by 0.04%

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 390,000 ordinary shares on 21 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 3.06 and HKD 3.22, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.1170 per share, bringing total consideration to HKD 1.22 million.

As a result of the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.05 billion shares from 1.05 billion, representing a 0.0371% reduction. Treasury share holdings rose to 29.73 million shares, up by the 390,000 shares repurchased. The overall number of issued shares (including treasury shares) remains unchanged at 1.08 billion.

The transaction was executed under the repurchase mandate granted by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 390,000 shares—equivalent to 0.0361% of the outstanding shares as of the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, China Boton is now subject to a 30-day moratorium, expiring on 21 October 2026, during which it may not issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange approval. The board confirmed full compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements in executing the repurchase.
