Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online documents can obtain a printed version free of charge by sending a written request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing asm0522-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors holding ASMPT shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited may opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is supplied, notices of publication will continue to be dispatched in hard copy.
