Fameglow Holdings Limited announced that the current company secretary has resigned with effect from 26 January 2026. According to the announcement, the outgoing secretary confirmed having no disagreement with the Board and stated there were no matters requiring attention from the Stock Exchange or shareholders.

The Board appointed a new company secretary, who is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the Hong Kong Baptist University. This individual also has extensive experience in corporate governance, finance, and accounting.

Additionally, an executive Director ceased to be an authorised representative as of the same date, and the newly appointed company secretary has taken over the role. The Board expressed its gratitude to the outgoing secretary and extended a welcome to the incoming appointee.
