China Boton Repurchases 94,000 Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 29.34 Million

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it bought back 94,000 ordinary shares on 18 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The purchases were executed at prices ranging from HKD 3.26167 to HKD 3.345 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.32213 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.31 million.

Following the repurchase, China Boton’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.00894 % to 1.05 billion shares, while treasury shares expanded to 29.34 million. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 1.08 billion.

The transaction was conducted under the general mandate approved at the 22 May 2026 annual general meeting, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. The 94,000 shares acquired so far represent approximately 0.09 % of the mandate’s limit and 0.0087 % of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 October 2026. The board confirmed that all regulatory and procedural requirements relating to the repurchase were satisfied.
