SAMSONITE Announces Board Changes: Chairman and Independent Director Step Down

Following the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting, SAMSONITE (SEHK: 01910) has announced changes to its board of directors.

Effective from the close of the meeting on June 4, 2026, Mr. Timothy Charles Parker has stepped down from his roles as Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Board.

Additionally, Mr. Tom Korbas has also retired from his position as an Independent Non-executive Director.
