AIA Group Limited announced that a committee appointed by its Board of Directors will convene on 20 August 2026. The agenda includes reviewing and approving the company’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and considering the declaration of an interim dividend.

The meeting will be chaired by Independent Non-executive Chairman Sir Mark Tucker. The current Board comprises one Executive Director—Group Chief Executive and President Mr. Lee Yuan Siong—and 11 Independent Non-executive Directors.
