Comba Telecom Systems Holdings announced that its issued share capital rose by 913,000 ordinary shares during the month ended Nov, 30 2025, driven by option exercises under the company’s 2013 share option scheme.

As a result, the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased to 3,133,487,722 by the end of the month. The option exercises generated approximately 1.85 million Hong Kong dollars in proceeds.

The company’s registered share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion shares, with a par value of 0.1 Hong Kong dollar each, equivalent to a registered capital of 500 million Hong Kong dollars. All treasury share balances were unchanged at zero.

The board confirmed that all share issues complied with applicable regulations and were duly authorised. The statement was filed on Dec, 4 2025.
