According to the latest update, the 2024 Annual Report remains outstanding because the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) report—which is part of the annual report—has yet to be completed. The ESG workstream halted in late August 2025 due to a fee dispute with the ESG consultant, and certain notes to the Group’s consolidated financial statements also remain unresolved. Additionally, unsettled fees payable to the appointed printer continue to affect finalization.

If the unsettled fees are resolved around mid-November 2025, the Company expects to issue the 2024 Annual Report by the end of November 2025. Further announcements concerning the status of the 2024 Annual Report will be released in accordance with the Listing Rules.
