City Coolxuan Company Limited (formerly Quantum Thinking Limited) has officially changed its English name to City Coolxuan Company Limited and adopted 「城市酷選有限公司」 as its new Chinese dual foreign name, effective from 3 October 2025. The alterations have been confirmed by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.

Effective from 9:00 a.m. on 30 October 2025, City Coolxuan Company Limited will update its English stock short name from 「QUANTUM THINK」 to 「CITY COOLXUAN」 and its Chinese short name from 「量子思維」 to 「城市酷選.」 The stock code 「8050」 remains unchanged.

All existing share certificates bearing the former name remain valid and continue to serve as legal evidence of share ownership. Following the name change, any new share certificates will display the updated English and Chinese names of the company.

The company has also adopted a new logo, signaling a refreshed corporate identity alongside the name and stock short name changes. All other business operations and the company’s financial position remain unaffected by these administrative updates.
