On 24 April 2026, DC Holdings announced that its 2025 Annual Report has been published in both Chinese and English on the company website (www.dcholdings.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies as arranged.

The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report is available exclusively in electronic form on the same two websites. Shareholders experiencing difficulty in accessing either report—or wishing to obtain a printed copy in an alternative language—may request a hard copy free of charge from the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may also alter their future communication preferences (language and/or delivery method) by giving at least five working days’ written notice to Tricor or by emailing dcholdings-ecom@vistra.com. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
