The China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a filing notice to VIGONVITA-B (02630) regarding the implementation of its H-share full circulation plan.

According to the notice, the filing process for the full circulation of approximately 100 million unlisted shares held by a total of 10 shareholders has been completed with the CSRC.

These roughly 100 million H-shares are set to be listed and traded on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange following the completion of the relevant conversion procedures and the granting of listing approval by the exchange.

The filing notice is valid for a period of 12 months. Should the company wish to proceed with the conversion and listing beyond the 12-month period from the date of the notice's issuance, it will be required to update its filing with the CSRC.
