Emperor Int’l Maintains 5.52 B Issued Shares in July 2026; Public Float Above 25% Benchmark

Emperor International Holdings Limited (Emperor Int’l) filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026, covering movements in securities for the month ended 31 July 2026.

Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 500.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 5.00 billion.

Issued share capital remained stable at 5.52 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The company reported zero share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases during the month, resulting in no change to total issued or treasury shares.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 19 September 2023, no options were granted, exercised, lapsed, or cancelled in July. The scheme still allows up to 367.75 million shares to be issued upon future option grants, while no funds were raised from option exercises during the period.

Emperor Int’l confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares.

The filing was signed by Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Fung Pui Ling, confirming compliance with all listing and regulatory obligations.
