Vakee holds a Master's degree from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree from Fudan University. He is an AI entrepreneur with a "product + capital + technology" integrated perspective.

Vakee was listed on Forbes China 30 Under 30 and recognized as a "Top 20 AI Investor" at Alibaba Cloud Conference. He previously served as Investment Director at Baidu and Senior Product Manager for Baidu's Phoenix Nest, participating in core product strategy design for Baidu's commercial advertising system. He also worked in quantitative trading in London's derivatives market and later served as Executive Director at Hongtai Capital Holdings (Hongtai Fund), leading investments in over 20 early-stage AI and high-tech companies in China, the US, and Israel, including Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET), Circle Internet Corp. (NYSE: CRCL), MetaGPT, and SoundAI Technology. He achieved excellent returns in both primary and secondary market investments.
