To align with the paperless listing regime introduced under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, the Board—led by Executive Director and Chairlady Gong Yingying—confirmed the company has formally shifted to full electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.

Shareholders are asked to provide a valid e-mail address by scanning their personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Without a registered e-mail, investors must monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates; only actionable corporate documents will continue to be mailed in hard copy.
