TYK Medicines, Inc. will close its register of members from Friday, 10 July 2026 to Wednesday, 15 July 2026, inclusive. The suspension of share transfers is intended to establish shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

Shareholders seeking voting rights must lodge completed transfer documents and the corresponding share certificates with the company’s Hong Kong H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 9 July 2026. The registrar’s address is Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

TYK Medicines will release a circular detailing the proposed EGM resolutions, the formal meeting notice and the proxy form in due course.

The board currently consists of one executive director—Chairman and CEO Dr. Wu Yusheng—six non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.

The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 24 June 2026 and bears no liability on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited regarding its accuracy or completeness.
