1. The FY2025/26 Annual Report. 2. A circular dated 27 July 2026 containing the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM). 3. The FY2025/26 Sustainability Report.

The annual report and AGM circular (“Current Corporate Communication”) have been issued in both English and Chinese and are accessible on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (lukfook.com). Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

The FY2025/26 Sustainability Report is available exclusively in electronic format on the same websites. Shareholders who prefer a hard copy may submit a written request to the share registrar.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive corporate communications by email must supply a valid email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until an email address is provided, these shareholders will not receive electronic notifications and will need to check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; actionable corporate communications will continue to be issued in printed form.
