DREAMEAST (00593) announced that, as previously disclosed, the company has submitted a written petition to the Listing Review Committee under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, requesting a review of the delisting decision. A subsequent review hearing was conducted regarding the delisting matter.

The company informs its shareholders and potential investors that, according to a letter issued by the Listing Review Committee on December 15, 2025, the Committee has decided to uphold the delisting decision under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. On December 16, 2025, the Stock Exchange further notified the company that the last trading date for its shares will be December 29, 2025, with the listing status to be canceled effective 9:00 a.m. on December 30, 2025.

Given the Listing Review Committee’s decision, DREAMEAST is seeking legal advice on the grounds for filing a judicial review application with the Hong Kong High Court to challenge the Committee’s ruling. Considering the severe and irreversible consequences of delisting, the company sent a letter to the Stock Exchange on December 23, 2025, requesting a suspension of the delisting decision pending the judicial review process. This would allow sufficient time for the company to fully consider the proposed judicial review, submit the necessary application, and await the High Court’s proceedings.

DREAMEAST will provide further updates on any material developments regarding the judicial review application and the final trading date of its shares as appropriate. Trading in the company’s shares remains suspended.
