Following the passing of a special resolution regarding the proposed change of the company name at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 8, 2025, SEEC Media Group Limited (00205) announced that the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda issued a certificate of change of name on December 10, 2025. This certified the change of the company's English name from "SEEC Media Group Limited" to "BFB Health Limited" and the removal of its Chinese name "财讯传媒集团有限公司".

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong subsequently issued a certificate of registration of change of name of non-Hong Kong company on December 31, 2025. This confirmed the registration of the company's new English name, "BFB Health Limited", in Hong Kong pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), along with the removal of the Chinese name "财讯传媒集团有限公司".

The company's English stock short name used for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "SEEC MEDIA" to "BFB HEALTH", and the Chinese stock short name "财讯传媒" will be removed. These changes will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on January 22, 2026.

The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "205".
