Amuse Group Plans to Acquire Hong Kong Property for HK$4.8 Million for Warehouse Use

Amuse Group (08545) announced that on August 15, 2025, Sentinel International Co. Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to acquire a property from Hu Jingrong for a consideration of HK$4.8 million. The property comprises Workshop 7 located on the 7th floor of Hung Lung Industrial Building at 11 Lung Tak Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories.

According to the announcement, the group's rapid expansion in mainland China has led to increased demand, putting pressure on existing warehousing and distribution facilities that are nearly saturated. This has resulted in decreased inventory management efficiency and order fulfillment delays. To address this issue, it is necessary to acquire additional warehouse space to support the growing business operations. The group intends to use the property as a warehouse to provide adequate space for additional inventory, streamline logistics processes, and reduce transportation costs while shortening delivery times. This strategic move is expected to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the company's competitive position in the Chinese market. The facility will also provide scalability for future expansion, including supporting new product lines and serving as a potential regional distribution hub.
