E-Star Commercial Management Company Limited (E-STAR CM) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 May 2026.

• Authorised Share Capital: Remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to authorised capital of HKD 20.00 million.

• Issued Shares: Outstanding shares were unchanged at 1.01 billion, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month.

• Public Float: The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float threshold of 25% of issued shares.

• Share Options: The share option scheme adopted on 21 December 2020 had 100.00 million options outstanding at month-end. No options were exercised or cancelled, and no new shares were issued under the scheme; hence, no funds were raised.

• Other Securities: The issuer reported no warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue shares, and no additional changes to treasury shares.
