361 Degrees Posts 1H26 Revenue of RMB 6.16 Billion and 8% Profit Growth; Declares HK 22.2 Cents Interim Dividend

361 Degrees International reported resilient interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Key Financials • Revenue rose 8.0% year-on-year to RMB 6.16 billion, driven by broad-based growth across adult and kids’ segments. • Gross profit advanced 8.7% to RMB 2.57 billion; gross margin edged up 0.3 ppt to 41.8%. • Operating profit increased 5.6% to RMB 1.20 billion; operating margin slipped 0.4 ppt to 19.5%. • Profit attributable to equity holders grew 8.0% to RMB 925.94 million, maintaining a 15.0% net margin. • Earnings per share came in at RMB 44.4 cents, up 7.0%.

Segment Performance • Adult footwear revenue gained 5.7% to RMB 2.72 billion, while adult apparel rose 13.2% to RMB 1.81 billion. • Kids’ division contributed RMB 1.35 billion, up 6.8%, accounting for 21.9% of total revenue. • E-commerce sales grew 9.5% to RMB 1.99 billion, representing 32.3% of group revenue.

Operational Highlights • Mainland China retail network comprised 5,076 core-brand stores and 2,202 kids’ points-of-sale at period-end; 187 domestic Super Premium Stores and one in Cambodia were in operation. • Inventory days improved to 102 (-15 days versus FY25), while trade receivables turnover was stable at 149 days. • Net cash from operations rose 16.7% to RMB 611.54 million; cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 5.18 billion with a gearing ratio of 3.0%.

Dividend and Capital Move • The board declared an interim dividend of HK 22.2 cents per share, implying a 45% payout ratio and payable on or about 15 September 2026. • In May, 361 Degrees raised HK 610.81 million (≈RMB 531.94 million) via a placement of 100 million new shares at HK 6.18 each; proceeds are earmarked for overseas expansion and general working capital.

Strategic Developments • The “1+6” omnichannel model now links physical stores to six online platforms, enhancing instant-delivery coverage in over 160 cities. • Overseas offline points-of-sale reached 1,167, while cross-border e-commerce sales jumped more than 140% year-on-year. • R&D spend increased 12.9% to RMB 180.92 million, maintaining an R&D ratio of 2.9% of revenue, with full-year guidance of 3%–4%.

Management Outlook The company reiterated its focus on technological innovation, brand building, and international market penetration. Management targets continued channel optimisation, accelerated growth in emerging sports segments, and steady overseas expansion, positioning 361 Degrees for sustainable long-term development.
