C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) has released its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026.

The group recorded revenue of HK$637 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.01%.

Loss attributable to owners of the company amounted to HK$185 million, up 2388% compared to the prior year, with a loss per share of 26.89 HK cents.

The announcement attributed the increase in loss primarily to the following factors: a rise of approximately HK$192.3 million in debt restructuring losses for the year; an increase of approximately HK$8.3 million in administrative and selling expenses; an additional approximately HK$12 million from fair value changes in carbon credit assets; and a reduction of approximately HK$15.5 million in financing costs.
