Frasers Property accepts 58 million Singapore dollars of notes and to issue new 2037 series

Frasers Property Limited announced that its subsidiary, Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd., has accepted 58 million Singapore dollars in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding notes for purchase following the completion of its invitation that expired at 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on Sep, 09 2026.

The purchase will be settled either in cash or through the issuance of new Singapore dollar-denominated fixed-rate notes due 2037, as elected by participating noteholders. Investors opting for the new-notes settlement will receive 38.25 million Singapore dollars of these securities, designated as Series 007 Notes.

Subject to customary conditions, the Series 007 Notes—and any additional notes that may be issued to other investors—are scheduled to be issued on Sep, 18 2026 and are expected to be listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading on or about Sep, 21 2026.

Following the cancellation of the repurchased securities, 442 million Singapore dollars of the existing notes will remain outstanding, maturing on Feb, 23 2027.

The company confirmed that it will not extend or re-open the invitation, which formally ended on Sep, 09 2026.
