North Asia Strategic Holdings Limited (NAS Holdings) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 19 November 2026 to approve the unaudited consolidated results for the six-month period ended 30 September 2026. The meeting agenda also includes deliberation on the payment of an interim dividend.

The notice, dated 6 November 2026, confirms that Chairlady and Executive Director Zhang Yifan will lead the session alongside fellow executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors.

Investors can expect publication of the company’s half-year financial performance shortly after the meeting, in accordance with GEM Listing Rules.
